We provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property, including removing obstacles, pets, or hazards.

Please notify us in advance of any fragile surfaces or areas that require special care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care, BuddyShine Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear on windows, frames, siding, or screens.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety risks, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the work safely.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
